Google Cloud data transfers

Google Cloud is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Oracle is optional

The Oracle OPERA / OHIP integration applies only to customers who choose to enable a property-management-system integration. If a customer does not enable one, Oracle processes none of that customer’s data through Levee.

Voice audio does not transit Levee

For the conversational voice features, audio is streamed directly from the end user’s browser to ElevenLabs. That audio does not pass through Levee’s servers.
