Your Levee administrator
Every business that uses Levee has an administrator who manages its facilities, rooms, standards, and user accounts. Questions about your assignments, your role, what you can see, or your sign-in details go to them first.
Levee is used by hotel teams through their employer. Most questions are answered fastest by the person who runs Levee at your property. For anything about the platform itself, Levee answers directly at the address on this page.

FIG 1.0 · Help
Two routes. Start with your property. Come to Levee when the question is about the platform itself.
Every business that uses Levee has an administrator who manages its facilities, rooms, standards, and user accounts. Questions about your assignments, your role, what you can see, or your sign-in details go to them first.
For questions about the platform itself, email Levee at the address below. It is the same address published in the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service.
Your property and role; which application you were using, the mobile app or the web portal; what you were trying to do; what happened instead; and a screenshot if you have one. Leave out guest names and other guest details.
FIG 2.0 · Accounts
Levee accounts belong to the business that subscribes to Levee.
Accounts are created by your business’s Levee administrator, not by signing up yourself. If you need an account, or a different role, ask your administrator.
The web portal and the mobile app use the same Levee account. Sign-in and reset codes are sent to you by email or text message.
If you cannot sign in, or a sign-in code is rejected, contact your administrator first. They can confirm that your account is active and which facilities you are assigned to. If they cannot resolve it, email Levee support.
Your business is responsible for deactivating access when someone leaves. If you still have access after leaving, tell your former employer’s administrator.
FIG 3.0 · Data
The business you work for owns the operational records in Levee. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights over your own personal data; the Privacy Policy explains them.
Ask your administrator. The business controls the accounts it provisions and can request deletion of an account and its content from Levee. You can also email Levee directly to request access to, or deletion of, your own personal data.
Photos, video, and voice audio submitted during an inspection are sent to Levee to complete that inspection. Access to them is scoped to the tenant and facility they belong to.
If you asked for a demo on this website and want those details removed, email Levee at the address below and say so.
